When we met Eddie and Debby a few years ago, we immediately realised that they weren't just looking for a house, they were looking for a place where they could live in peace, comfort and purpose.

They had chosen Portugal as the country where they wanted to build this new stage in their lives, and their story with us began at Praia D'el Rey. We helped them sell their villa in that area and later accompanied them throughout the process of purchasing their new flat in Caldas da Rainha.

From the first contact to the handover of the keys, we were there every step of the way, because we believe that real estate is, above all, about people and trust.

Buying and selling a property always involves moments of decision and high expectations. Our role is to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly, transparently and without complications.

With Eddie and Debby, we spent several Fridays visiting properties until we found the right space for them, a place that combined comfort, practicality and a new beginning.

“Gonçalo was incredible with us. Always available, patient and attentive to every detail,’ recalls Debby.

‘We visited several houses together, and with each visit we felt we were one step closer to finding what we were looking for.’

When it came time to deal with the paperwork and all the administrative details, we wanted everything to be as smooth as possible.

“Isabel handled everything with impressive calm,” shares Debby.

“She answered all my questions, helped with every document... it was really a perfect process.”
